With #BLM bringing diversity front and center, Girls With Impact is highlighting emerging talent that is using their innovation and skills to address challenges faced during Covid.
On Friday July 10, Girls With Impact will hold a national graduation where nearly 1,000 teen girls from across America – armed with MBA skills -- will reveal their ventures.
The girls, ages 11-18, underwent Girls With Impact’s live, online entrepreneurship Academy – the only program of its kind in the country. Amid #Covid school and camp closures, Girls With Impact has been filling the gap for working parents and school districts with its live, virtual education from home.
Among the ventures developed are The Quarantine Board Game (a sanitizable card game), Melanin Magic (a clothing line with 25% of proceeds for pro-black orgs), BananaX (tackling sugar), Bank Academy (teaching people how to use e-commerce), and suicide prevention.
