ImpactPathways: Comprehensive 4-Month Mentorship

ImpactPathways is a transformative 4-month mentorship program designed to help young women aged 14-24 achieve their educational and career goals. Participants are paired 1:1 with a dedicated mentor on a quarterly basis, focusing on one of three pathways: CollegeReady, CareerReady, or FutureReady. With bi-weekly, curriculum-driven sessions, mentees receive personalized guidance and support to navigate their next steps in education or career planning.

Our Pathways:

  • CollegeReady Pathway: Build a strong college resume, identify suitable colleges, explore different majors, and get application support.

  • CareerReady Pathway: Develop a workforce resume, plan your career path, receive job application assistance, and participate in mock interviews.

  • FutureReady Pathway: For younger mentees, create a starter resume, outline interests, and begin building a personal brand.
